Guillen, Manager of the Chicago White Sox— Is Guillen Dominican? Nope. Mexican? Not that either. Then where in the hell does he get the idea that either of those nations want him speaking on their behalf? Is it because he thinks their too gutless to stick up for themselves? Or are they just helpless? "Oh, God! We are but a small island nation! How will we ever get the attention of the American press? If only there was somebody—anybody!—who understood us and would speak on our behalf! Help us!" I mean, is there anyone out there that truly respects his opinion? After all, this is the man who's most sophisticated managerial tactic is waggling his fingers at the opposing team in an effort to jinx them. He has displayed the intellectual and emotional development of a sixteen year old...which, not coincidentally, is right when he started playing minor league baseball. |
